This Return and Refund Policy is issued by Home Vista Furniture LLC, the operator of All Type of Decor.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at customersupports@homevistafurnitures.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping For returns due to manufacturer defects or damage, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
