Return & Refund Policy

At HomeVista Furniture, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unassembled, and in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@homevistafurnitures.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
