SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on All Orders We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time Due to the size and nature of our furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Large items may be shipped via freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Area We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at customersupports@homevistafurnitures.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
